We have exciting opportunities for exceptional SLTs to join our highly supportive team of 28 therapists and support staff. In all these roles there is scope for highly supported career progression.

1. Level 1, 2 or 3 * Speech and Language therapist – Bedford & Luton.
Full time or part time.
Based in our mainstream and special schools service in Bedford and surrounding areas.
Open to SLTs who already have a real passion for working with SEMH and at least some experience in this clinical area.
NQPs are welcome to apply.
Gross Salary: £23,618 to £33,000 p/a.

2. Level 1, 2 or 3 *Specialist / Developing Specialist Speech and Language Therapist in SEMH - Greater London.
Full time or part time.
This role will be based in a specialist school in London.
Open to SLTs who already have some post qualification experience in this clinical area.
Gross Salary: £27,160 to £40,705 p/a (pro rata, including 15% London weighting).

3. Level 1, 2 or 3 * Specialist / Developing Specialist Speech and Language Therapist in SEMH – Lincolnshire.
1 to 2 days per week.
This role will be to provide assessment and therapy to a specialist SEMH caseload in Lincolnshire.
Open to SLTs who already have a real passion for working with SEMH and at least some post qualification experience in this clinical area.
Gross Salary: £23,618 to £33,000 p/a.

4. Level 1, 2 Or 3 * Specialist / Developing Specialist Speech and Language Therapist in ABI and Complex Needs – Northamptonshire.
1 to 3 days per week.
Working with a specialist caseload of adults with acquired brain injuries in Northamptonshire and clinic clients with complex needs in our Milton Keynes.
Open to SLTs who already have a real passion for working with clients with ABI and at least some post qualification experience in this clinical area.
Dysphagia qualification essential.
Gross Salary: £23,618 to £35,396 p/a.

*Our level 1 = NHS band 5.

Who is our ideal candidate?

A qualified Speech and Language Therapist with a BSc degree as a minimum. Preferably with a minimum of 2 years post qualifying experience, some of which spent working in a relevant clinical area.

• RCLST and HCPC registered.
• Transferable, enhanced DBS.
• Some experience carrying out assessments and interventions with children with Complex needs / SEMH / ABI (dependant on the role being applied for).
• A car driver with access to own car.
• A confident self-starter.
• A dynamic and creative thinker.
• A problem solver.
• Excellent negotiation and people skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
