We have 3 exciting opportunities for exceptional SLTs to join our highly supportive team of 27 therapists and support staff. These posts would ideally suit SLTs looking for a new career challenge and keen to develop a specialism in working with an ASD or SEMH client group.

1. High level 1, level 2 or level 3 Speech and Language Therapist based in a specialist school in London.*
Part time / full time, £27,160 to £40,705 p/a (pro rata, including 15% London weighting).

2. High level 1, level 2 or level 3 Speech and Language Therapist based in a specialist school in London.*
Part time / full time, £27,160 to £42,475 p/a (pro rata, including 20% London weighting).

3. Level 1, 2 or 3 Speech and Language therapist based in mainstream school and clinic in Milton Keynes and Northampton
Part time/ Full time NQPs are welcome to apply Gross Salary: £23,618 to £33,000 p/a.

*Our level 1 = NHS band 5.

The main focus of the above roles will be to provide assessment and regular therapy to a consistent caseload of clients within specialist and mainstream schools. The right therapist will also be confident and skilled at working at a universal level in the schools to skill up the teaching staff and embed relevant approaches and interventions at a whole school level.

There is scope for highly supported career progression with both of these roles for the right candidate.

Who is our ideal candidate?

* A qualified Speech and Language Therapist with a BSc degree as a minimum. Preferably with a minimum of 2 years post qualifying experience, some of which spent working in a relevant clinical area.
* RCLST and HCPC registered.
* Transferable, enhanced DBS.
* Some experience carrying out assessments and interventions with children with ASD / SEMH.
* A car driver with access to own car.
* A confident self-starter.
* A dynamic and creative thinker.
* A problem solver.
* Excellent negotiation and people skills.
* Excellent verbal and written English.
