This is an exciting opportunity for a highly specialist therapist to further develop their skills in pre-school special needs and acute care. The post will be based at Alexandra Avenue Health & social Care Centre with sessional support at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital Stanmore working with children with a range of speech, language and communication and Special Educational Needs (SEN) and dysphagia. The post is based in the pre-school special needs service working with Early Years provisions across Harrow and also providing services to the paediatric wards at RNOH. You will work as a part of our multidisciplinary therapy team of Speech and Language Therapists, Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists in collaboration with colleagues in education and early years services to provide a coordinated service to children and their families. Working alongside health colleagues and Early Years practitioners to enable differential diagnosis of children with disability and dysphagia, and to ensure highly specialist therapy programmes and education plans are in place for the children under their care.

You will be joining a team of over 45 Paediatric therapists which offers access to specialists in all clinical areas, excellent support systems with personal appraisal, objectives and training plans designed to meet your specific needs/CPD requirements.
