Hours: Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours pw, Full Time and Term Time (based on 40 weeks per year) considered
Salary: In line with NHS Pay Bands Grade 6
Location: Based at Inner London Head Office with travel across inner London Schools
Start date: ASAP

About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a SALT who is passionate about supporting children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) Needs in an innovative and effective way. This role will be suited to a self-directed, creative and passionate professional that enjoys both clinical and mentoring work as this role will provide you with the opportunity to develop your clinical, service delivery, people management and leadership skills.

You will provide the speech and language therapy provision in our own school and for the schools in our Schools Programme, carrying a clinical caseload across Unlocking Potential’s programmes. There is the additional opportunity to support our aim of transitioning to a different model of service delivery, in which case you would also support and train final year students to carry out clinical work within the Schools Programme.
