We are seeking an enthusiastic, innovative and experienced adult aphasia therapist with an interest in Conversation Partner Training and working with groups, and a recognition of the value of the Life Participation Approach to Aphasia.

Dyscover is a well-respected, dynamic and innovative specialist aphasia support organisation with links to clinical, academic and research partners in the field of post stroke and progressive aphasia. Our service for people with Primary Progressive Aphasia is recognised as pioneering.

We have been established as a registered charity in Surrey for 25 years and this year were honoured with the Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service.

The successful candidate will manage an experienced and committed team of Speech and Language Therapy Assistants and volunteers, and will be responsible for leading two distinct group support programmes designed to support and develop communicative success and increase confidence and community participation.
