We are looking for a Therapist who enjoys working as part of a team, and who is able to work collaboratively with school staff, parents and other MDT colleagues. We welcome applicants who are keen to be a part of a creative and dynamic new school. We have a great opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced Speech and Language Therapist to be part of our founding team. You will be responsible for establishing, planning, managing and evaluating the Speech and Language Therapy service provided within the school setting, in consultation with the senior leadership team.

Capella House is a new co-educational specialist school due to open to secondary pupils in September 2019 at its Twickenham site. Capella House is a special school for pupils aged 4 to 19 with Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN) as their primary need and other additional needs which may include ASD, ADHD, Sensory issues or Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. Classes will have up to 7 pupils and will be supported by HLTAs, TAs and Therapists.

We are looking for enthusiastic, committed and highly flexible candidates who have the motivation and ability to work collaboratively and actively contribute to shaping this new school. Capella House is an inclusive school so candidates must have strong communication skills, be fast learners and the ability to work as part of a highly skilled multidisciplinary team.
