Options West London Community College is a well-established, independent living and life skills provision for adults with autism. We offer individualised programmes which are designed to meet the complex needs of each of our students, as well as increase their sense of personal independence. We are within commuting distance of Uxbridge, Wembley, Longford, Slough, Hounslow and surrounding towns.

Job Summary and Duties
Working at West London Community College and supporting adults with autism, the role of Senior Specialist Speech and Language Therapist will give you the opportunity to:

Work within a local MDT, fully integrated into the life of a local educational setting and also be part of a Nationwide Clinical Team with over 65 members
Receive specialist support and supervision to develop your own specialism
Be encouraged and supported to undertake CPD
Be creative and think outside of the box
Influence and develop policy and practice
Publish and share your ideas and achievements
This role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis working 37.5 hours per week.

Key Skills Required
Recognised and relevant Speech & Language Therapy degree, and HCPC registration
Experience within our specialist client group
Knowledge of a range of assessment tools and evidence of skilled application
Experience of multi-disciplinary and multi-agency work within a range of settings
Knowledge of sensory differences
Full UK driving licence and access to a car
