An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time, permanent Speech and Language Therapist working in the City Oxfordshire Adult Learning Disability Team, based in Cowley, Oxford. This post would be suitable for a Dysphagia qualified and experienced band 5 who is looking to develop their skills.

You will be a member of a specialist learning disability team, working with a small enthusiastic team of Speech and Language Therapists (SLTs), working alongside members of the multidisciplinary team. You will be providing assessment and intervention for adults with learning disabilities who have communication and/or dysphagia needs and should have completed accredited (or similar) post graduate dysphagia training and clinical experience. You will accountable for your own actions, recognizing your own professional boundaries and competencies and will have access to support and supervision from a Band 7 Speech and Language Therapist.
