Role
The school encourages innovative teaching and developing novel ways for students to engage with the subject. The department has global links and is actively developing global experiences for staff and students. If you are seeking a new challenge in your speech and language therapy career and interested in education and research this is an excellent opportunity.

You will primarily be engaged with teaching on undergraduate and postgraduate modules related to speech and language therapy. You will be expected to contribute to the development and delivery of our programme through teaching, research and related professional academic activity. You will be a team player and enjoy working with a range of colleagues. This included some work with the Clinical Placement Lead on some placement activity and helping foster and develop relationships with existing and new Partners.

Ideal Candidate
You should be a qualified speech and language therapist with relevant post graduate level of study and/or equivalent clinical experience. You should have specialist experience in dysphagia and be able to design and deliver teaching in dysphagia for undergraduate and post graduate level students. You will also be able to teach a range of clinical and professional areas relevant to your specialism and broader clinical experiences and training. You should demonstrate experience of leadership and would be expected to lead on projects.
