Permanent - Full Time (37.5 hrs per week)
Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 Dependent on Experience

Mark College is a specialist day school registered for 45 young people who have needs associated with a diagnosis on the autistic spectrum/SPLD and are aged between 10 and 18 years.

Our tailored approach means we are able to support young people with a wide range of learning difficulties to help them achieve successful outcomes so that they can progress to experience fulfilling and rewarding lives.

We are proud to offer a broad range of on-site therapy. Our therapy team includes a Speech and Language Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Counsellor/Art Therapist, Mindfulness Coach and we will be developing Thrive Approach across the school.

As a Senior Speech and Language Therapist you will be responsible for:
• Providing structure and leadership for the therapy team.
• Delivering therapy in line with provisions detailed on EHCP’s in 1:1 sessions and groups.
• Carrying out assessments and planning individual programmes.
• Joining classes as an advisor for staff.

For all roles we require a minimum of two references. References provided must cover the last 3 years, or you are applying to work within our Children’s Homes we will need to request all references from where you have worked with either Children or Vulnerable Adults.
