That is what we want from our new appointment for a Speech and Language Therapist for Farleigh FE College.
We are an independent service and we feel that an experienced SALT could really make this role their own. You will sit within a therapy team within the college and have the autonomy to use creative solutions.

Working at Farleigh will mean that you will have continuity with your client group and you will be able to really see the results of the innovations you implement.
Farleigh FE College is a residential Specialist College of Further Education for young people with Asperger’s Syndrome and associated disorders.
Education is continued within the Farleigh residential setting with opportunities for sessions on literacy, numeracy and one to one sessions on independent living skills.
You will work in close partnership with a diverse team of educational and care specialists, including our Occupational Therapist, Counsellors and Educational Psychologists, to deliver tailored support that meets the needs of each young person. This will include facilitating effective communication and both devising and implementing specific therapy programmes for groups and individuals using evidence-based and student-centred principles.

This is a term time only role.
