Speech & Language Therapist

We have 6 exciting opportunities for exceptional paediatric and adult SLTs to join our supportive and friendly team. 1. Level 2 or 3 * Speech and Language Therapist to work with adults – Northampton, Milton Keynes & Bedford.
Full time or part time.
Based in our clinic and in the community. The therapist will visit care homes and specialist units, e.g., Neuro-rehab, ABI and residential units.
Essential: RCSLT and HCPC registered, fully qualified SLT. Experience providing communication assessment and therapy to adults with neurological conditions. Fully dysphagia competent and able to provide swallowing assessment and treatment.
Desirable: Able to provide dysphagia supervision for more junior therapists, especially in supporting therapists through their dysphagia competencies.
Gross Salary: £29,956 to £40,000 p/a + salary incentive of £750 after completion of probationary period; £750 after 12 months in the role (non-contractual)

2. Level 1, 2 or 3 * Speech and Language Therapist to work with children – Milton Keynes and surrounding areas
Full time or part time.
Based in our clinic and schools service.
Opportunities to work in Special School settings as well as mainstream schools.
Essential: RCSLT and HCPC registered, fully qualified SLT. Experience and passion for working with children with ASC and learning difficulties as part of a varied mainstream schools and clinic caseload.
NQPs are welcome to apply.
Gross Salary: £24,208 to £40,000 p/a, dependent on level of experience.

3. Level 1, 2 or 3* Specialist / Developing Specialist Speech and Language Therapist in SEMH – South London
Full / Part time.
This role will be to provide assessment and therapy to a specialist caseload of children and young people with SEMH in South London.
Essential: RCSLT and HCPC registered, fully qualified SLT. A true passion for supporting children and young people with SEMH and at least some post qualification experience in this clinical area.
Gross Salary: £27,839 to £45,000 p/a, dependent on level of experience.

4. Level 2 or 3* Speech and Language Therapist - St Albans and surrounding areas
Full / Part time.

Based in our clinic and schools service.
Opportunities to work in Special School settings as well as mainstream schools.
Essential: RCSLT and HCPC registered, fully qualified SLT. Experience and passion for working with children with ASC and learning difficulties as part of a varied schools and clinic caseload.
Desirable: Experienced at supporting low and high tech AAC use.
Gross Salary: £24,208 to £40,000 p/a, dependent on level of experience.


5. Level 1, 2 or 3 * Speech and Language Therapist to work with children - North Northamptonshire / South Leicestershire
Full / Part time.
Based in our clinic and schools service.
Opportunities to work in Special School settings as well as mainstream schools.
Essential: RCSLT and HCPC registered, fully qualified SLT. Experience and passion for working with children with ASC and learning difficulties as part of a varied mainstream schools and clinic caseload.
NQPs are welcome to apply.

6. Level 1, 2 or 3 * Speech and Language Therapist to work with children – Birmingham and surrounding areas
Part time.
Based in our clinic and schools service.
Essential: RCSLT and HCPC registered, fully qualified SLT. Experience and passion for working with children with ASC and learning difficulties as part of a varied schools and clinic caseload.
Gross Salary: £24,208 to £40,000 p/a, dependent on level of experience.

Who is our ideal candidate?

A qualified Speech and Language Therapist with a BSc degree as a minimum. Preferably with a minimum of 2 years post qualifying experience, some of which spent working in a relevant clinical area.
• RCLST and HCPC registered.
• Transferable, enhanced DBS.
• Experience carrying out assessments and therapy with clients with a range of SLCN / with the relevant client group for the post being applied for.
• A car driver with access to own car.
• A confident self-starter.
• Creativity and passion!
• A dynamic and creative thinker.
• A problem solver.
• Tech savvy.
• Excellent negotiation and people skills.
• Excellent written English.
